How does AI Smile Simulator work?
A visitor picks what they would like to improve, answers a few questions about it, then takes or uploads a photo and agrees to its processing. DenBrain creates an AI-generated visualisation and shows it beside their own photo. It is illustrative only: it is not a clinical prediction, diagnosis or guarantee, and suitability always needs a professional assessment.
Can we choose which treatments appear?
Yes. You choose from eight AI Smile Simulator treatments (Tooth whitening, Teeth straightening / alignment, Gap reduction, Composite bonding, Veneers, Smile makeover, Gum aesthetics, Missing-tooth replacement) plus a "something else" option. Price and duration are optional, written by you, and only shown if you enable them.
How do we add it to our website?
From your dashboard you copy a short embed snippet and paste it into the pages you choose. The widget only works on the website addresses you have allowed, so it cannot be copied onto someone else's site.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You create an account and start straight away: no payment card is needed. The trial runs for 30 days and includes 10 AI Smile Simulator generations. To continue afterwards you choose a plan from your Billing page.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly or annually (annual billing saves one month). You can cancel at any time through the billing area of your account; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and you keep access until then.
What happens to patient photos?
Original uploaded photos are deleted immediately after successful processing where possible. Failed or abandoned uploads are removed by an automated cleanup process that runs hourly and deletes originals more than 24 hours old. Generated Smile Preview images (the preview and the 'before' image shown beside it) are temporary: they are available for 24 hours and are then deleted automatically, unless the practice deliberately saves them from its DenBrain dashboard. Images a practice saves are held as that practice's own record, for as long as the practice keeps them, outside this temporary window. See the Privacy Notice for the full details.
Which integrations are available?
Today DenBrain works with your own online-booking link and phone number, and has a CSV export for enquiries.
Is an AI Smile Simulator a diagnosis or a promise of results?
No. It is an AI-generated visualisation to help a patient start a conversation. Only a dental professional can assess what is suitable and what outcome is realistic.
