Common questions

What is the difference between Buy Plan and Start Free Trial?
Buy Plan takes you through secure Stripe checkout for the plan you chose. Start Free Trial creates an account with a 30-day trial and 10 AI Smile Simulator generations, with no payment card. They are separate: choosing one never does the other.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You can start the trial without entering payment details. To continue afterwards you choose a plan from your Billing page.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
You choose monthly or annual when you buy. Annual billing saves one month compared with paying monthly. To change plan or interval later, use Manage billing in your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time through the billing area of your account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and you keep access until then.
Are promotion codes available?
Where a promotion code is valid for a plan, you can apply it at checkout. Public prices on this page are never changed by a promotion.
